GUIDELINES FOR UMUASUA PROGRESSIVE ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED 2026 GENERAL ELECTIONS
The Neutral Electoral Committee (NEC) set up by the UPA Inc Executive and charged with the responsibility to midwife and conduct the 2026 UPA Inc National Elections has come up with far reaching decisions and guidelines for the process.

Only financial up-to-date members of UPA Inc (2023–2025) will be allowed to vote and be voted for. Guidelines for contestants shall be published soon.
Online Voting: All qualified members can vote from anywhere in the world.
Physical Voting: Voting will be by secret ballot with a Unique Voter Identification Number (UVIN). Voters must protect this UVIN.

- Of sound mind, body, and integrity.
- Minimum: University Degree + NYSC completed.
- Must be married.
